The following steps will guide the users on How to use Training Freelance portal.
Training seekers/Corporates/Colleges looking for training should follow the instructions given below.
Click on the particular tab (As shown below)
 
Fill your Basic information in the fields (As shown in the below image).
 
After filling up all the Mandatory fields, click on “SEND INQUIRY”. The trainers and Institutes will receive your information and will contact you.
 
Corporates and colleges can post their training requirement as shown below in the image
 
Employers and individuals looking for freelancers can click on the enquiry form as shown below in the image.
 
Fill your Basic information in the fields (As shown in the below image)
 
Now submit your project details by clicking on “SEND INQUIRY”. The project details will be reviewed by the admin and will be allocated to particular freelance to get the job done.
 
Quick Search: Click and find your particular technology in IT or Non IT domain.
 
Click on the field and Select user Type, Eg:- Institute/Consultant/Trainer/Freelancer
 
Click and Select location of your choice
 
Skill wise Search: - Browse Trainer profiles according to TECHNOLOGY, SKILLS, LOCATION, KEYWORDS, and REVIEWS.
 
Skill wise Search: - Browse Training Institute and Academy profiles according to SERVICES, SKILLS, TECHNOLOGY, LOCATION, KEYWORDS, and REVIEWS
 
Skill wise Search: - Browse Freelance profiles according to SERVICES, SKILLS, TECHNOLOGY, LOCATION, KEYWORDS, and REVIEWS
 
Category Search: Search Training Ads according to the IT and Non IT courses
 
Trainer Dashboard: Trainer can have his/her dashboard access with Account settings to edit, change profile details, Can be able to track ads posted and student/learner enquiries & payment history.
Trainer can also manage his Reviews, Ratings, Training enquiries and Ads till date.
Trainer can have complete details and record of his/her Membership subscription details.
Trainer can add profile pic and can be able to see his/her profile completeness percentage.
 
Trainer can be able to Edit, save his/her Personal profile information and also can upload their training videos like Recorded demo sessions and ILT videos.
Trainer can be able to Post Training Ad, simultaneously can be able to track his/her Active and Expired ads which would be reflected in the Website Home page and can be able to attract learners.
Trainer also can be able to Post faculty vacancy ads, which will also reflects in the Home page, where by any person interested can be able to apply for it in case if he is interested.
 
Trainer can be able to post Sticky ADS (Paid Ads), to get into Featured list, which will increase the change of getting more number of views and responses from the learners and students.
The Enquiries tab helps trainer consolidate and filter the enquiries as per their mode of learning, type of resource and type of enquiry. In enquiry section trainer will receive prospect details which include their name, contact, email and technology of interest.
Note: The trainer will receive enquiries only related to their skills and expertise, which is based upon the information provided at the time of Registration process.
At any point of time trainer can be able to add new skills and technology in their account settings which will be automatically reflected in search results and finally to training seekers.
 
Trainer can also add their Client logos in their profile, which would help them increase revenue in terms of getting more new clients and learners.

Trainer can even add their Portfolio description where they can brief about their knowledge and projects accomplished, which help clients and learners to understand more and in better way.

Trainer can easily track his/her Subscription plan transaction ID, payment details, with Start and end dates and can be able to download invoice.
 
Training Institute dashboard:
